Prompted not least by the climate crisis, a growing body of legislation, particularly at the supranational level of the EU, has attempted to sort out and regulate many of the difficult issues involved. What we see are incremental improvements, albeit at the expense of burdensome bureaucracy, especially for small- and medium-sized companies. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eWhat is proposed in this book is radical change instead of concepts of piecemeal transition.
