The primary methodology of science is induction, which cannot be used for theological issues. However, the data from science is used to argue both deductively and abductively to reason about issues. Abduction takes all the relevant scientific data and abductively reasons to the best explanation. This is done in terms of evidence for the existence of God, and is the form of reasoning used in courts of law. The jury is charged with evaluating all available evidence to arrive at a verdict proven beyond a “reasonable” doubt.” \u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003eThe beginning of the universe with Christian and atheist alternatives to a “universe from nothing” are addressed, as are our place in the solar system, the solar system’s place in the galaxy, and the role of the Sun, Moon, Mars, and Jupiter in making our planet suitable for the emergence of intelligent life on Earth.
